"One Drop At A Time"
Nurturing ourselves & living authentically
Program & Workshops

Nurturing our natural self is important. The focus of the workshop, or extension into a program by series of workshops, is on nurturing ourselves by uncovering and rediscovering what makes us unique. Positives and growth areas are identified through light-hearted fun self evaluation activities. Then through both individual and group sharing, we explore self esteem and confidence enhancing hints and tips that work for each of us.

Living authentically. Throughout the workshop, we consider how living of genuine lives and living up to our individual standards links to natural love for oneself, increased confidence and to greater well-being.

Bouncing back. Resilience allows us to draw on our strengths to pull us up when we're knocked down. We share our strengths and skills in a game that focuses upon individual and community capacities.

With each of these steps taken throughout the workshop and incorporated into daily lives...in turn self esteem and confidence can naturally build. You leave with a toolbox of life long self-nurturing strategies uncovered, rediscovered and newly learnt throughout the workshop.

Testimonial
Leisa Antonio from Lady Language Consultancy created and facilitated Moorditj Yorgas for the City of Melville in early 2015 - a fantastic programme for young Aboriginal women who were disengaged or at risk of becoming disengaged within their school community.  Leisa was fantastic.  She was professional, engaging and passionate in her approach which ensured the participants felt welcome and safe in the environment she created.  I was also really impressed with the quality of work Leisa submitted in relation to her programme and reporting and she really captured and developed the strengths of all the young people who were involved.  It’s clear that Leisa cares greatly about her what she does and the people she works with.  I’m really looking forward to developing another exciting project with her again in the future.
Jo McKay, Community Development Officer- Youth, City of Melville, Perth, WA.
