To punctually attend any work experience or volunteer placements that have been agreed upon. To advise ASAP when you are unable to attend a planned date/time.
To undertake any take home tasks that have been agreed upon.
To display respect and courtesy to your advisor/counsellor.

Refunds & payment terms and conditions
As per WA Consumer Law (ACL) within Western Australian Jurisdiction.
Other than these terms and conditions, any project additional specific Contract terms for services / Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policies will be outlined on your quotes & invoices.
Cancellation Policy for our bookings, workshops, classes & programs: Please note our bookings terms & conditions which become applicable once you make a booking/accept our quote.
For Venues contracting my services: Any workshop cancellation you make within 14 days of the 1st workshop booked date incurs a 50% of total quote payable fee to cover your materials purchase and/or planning, prep and pack costs and times including administration time spent on organising your workshop(s).
For any cancellations you make within 21 days to 15 days of your 1st workshop date incurs a 25% of the total quote payable to cover administration and planning, prep times and costs.
For any cancellations made from the date of acceptance of your quote until 22 days prior to your 1st workshop date will incur a 10% of the total quote amount as an administration and workshop planning fee.
Please note our agreed upon minimum cancellation dates/times and/or participant numbers will be charged regardless of your enrolments obtained/attendance. Thank you for your understanding.
For Individual Customers: Any workshop/document prep/consultation booking cancellation you make is non-refundable. Workshops: You may transfer your ticket/booking to another person and ask them to contact us to ensure we have their registration or a credit will be provided for attendance at future workshops. Consults: Once you advise us to proceed, an invoice is issued and unfortunately we cannot provide refunds/and or your payment of invoice becomes payable/due on the invoiced agreed date. As consultation bookings with your agreed consult dates and times are being held for you, our work commences as soon as you advise us to proceed. Thank you for your understanding. Payment timeframes terms and conditions will be listed on your Quote/Invoice.
Late unpaid outstanding invoices: Will incur an add 5% to your total invoice amount fee added per week to cover our administration; account payable date and any other terms will be stated on your invoice and quote. Please read through these terms and conditions and also any terms and conditions and dates outlined on your quote and invoice to ensure you understand and are agreeable to our booking terms and conditions which become enforceable upon accepting our quote and/or making a workshop booking date.
As much as I work hard to assist and support you across achieving your goals, no promise can be made as to obtaining a job or any employment or any result as a result of my work with you. Please note, all information that you provide to be drafted, edited & included in your employment seeking documents is expected to be honest and true and are in no way verified by us. We do not take any responsibility or liability for any incorrect or false information provided to us by you or any of your 3rd parties, thank you for your understanding. We do not keep any personal information that you provide to us as hard or electronic versions. The versions kept are the versions emailed to you. We do the best possible to support your career development requirements although we cannot ensure that you will obtain any specific job/position you apply for. Thank you.

We do everything possible to protect consumers information and online safety including use of anti-virus software across our technology, by storing all data with password protected systems, by ensuring your documents are not left open or unattended in any public place, by seeking your consent to take/ receive/read any private data and information required for your client contact/follow up and ongoing contact with you purposes, by requesting your permission to email you and to opt out at any time via our Mailchimp Mail list should you sign up to our newsletter, by only using Australia Post tracked postage, by collecting payments via PayPal, eventbrite or Humanitix booking and payment platforms or as invoiced via Bank deposits to our account, by the use of ZOOM online video platform for online workshops, by using Microsoft and Adobe where required, by constantly following The Australian Guidelines for Electronic Commerce, by adhering to State, Local and Federal privacy and data collection and other required legislation, by continuously updating our Privacy ecommerce and standard service delivery policies. Please ask us for clarification on any of the above should you need any.
We will use your provided email address that you have provided to us to only communicate with you in regards to your services or goods being provided.
Our services and goods are suitable for adult use except where agreed upon in writing prior to any use/delivery and with parental/guardian permissions sought prior to engagement of services.
Lady Language Consultancy Services does its best in ensuring the information on our website is accurate, but we cannot be held liable for any information including our images not being read or interpreted as accurate. Any misuse or copying of our content contained in this website including stealing of our content and images is disallowed and subject to any governing laws which may apply.
