POSTAGE: Shipping Policy: Once item has been purchased, shipping tracking will be provided to the customer. Postage is from Perth, WA. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any postage delays, damages and undelivered items as per Australia Post limitation but we are bound by their (Aus Post) carrier terms and conditions. Reasonable care is taken in packing and posting of your items.
Materials & designs: Products and materials used: Healing India Creative Arts is a sustainable business using a range of Repurposed, recycled and up-cycling principles in workshops and in designs for sale. As such, the workshop and design materials will change consistently to keep in line with using at hand suitable sustainably obtained materials.
Images are examples or samples only and aren't indicative of an exact design to be made in any workshop including sizes. As everyone will work at a different pace in workshops/classes, you may need to make time to complete your item/design at home.
Our Gift store designs are of exact product designs except for kits which are different given materials which are at hand.
Should specific or certain materials not be available in time for any workshop, we reserve the right to provide an alternative as close as we possibly can source/provide to be used in your workshops.
Advertising and marketing for cross promotion: Healing India Creative Arts supports the cross promotion of workshops and classes that we facilitate on your Organisations/Centres behalf. We will cross promote using your Social media posts and by adding ours on our Social Media pages in order to promote to a larger audience. Please advise us via email if you do not wish for cross promotion or if you have specific content you wish us to use.
Refunds
As per WA Consumer Law (ACL) within Western Australian Jurisdiction.
Other than these terms and conditions, any project specific Contract terms for services / Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policies will be outlined on your quotes & invoices.
Quotes/Materials cost increases
We source our materials from mainly Australian based suppliers and do our best to seek the best prices to keep our materials costs down. We are proud to offer you reasonable and equitable priced materials for your workshops and to do so the following terms become applicable to our quotes upon acceptance/booking made:
Materials are quoted as of the day you request a booking/quote for a workshop for your specified workshop/class date. Should you wish to increase/decrease your originally advertised/enrolled participant numbers, workshop length times, or numbers of workshops scheduled, following your original workshop booking, please note that there may be a quote increase required to reflect this. As prices can fluctuate for materials, this ensures that we can continue to offer well priced equitable materials for your workshops. We will purchase your materials as soon as you make your booking (or within 6 weeks of the booking date, whichever is earlier) to ensure postage delivery times) and we cannot envision pricing increases which occur thereafter these timeframes. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy for our workshops, classes & programs including ticket purchases: Please note our bookings terms & conditions which become applicable once you make a booking/purchase a ticket to a class or workshop/or for quotes, upon acceptance of our quote. Please note your ticket, invoice or quote may have other specific terms too.
For Venues contracting my services: Any workshop cancellation you make within 14 days of the 1st workshop booked date incurs a 50% of total quote payable fee to cover your materials purchase and/or prep and pack costs and times including administration time spent on organising your workshop(s). This may be more than 50% should your materials exceed 50% of the total quote.
For any cancellations you make within 21 days to 15 days of your 1st workshop date incurs a 25% of the total quote payable to cover administration and prep times and costs. This may be more than 25% should your materials exceed 25% of the total quote.
For any cancellations made from the date of acceptance of your quote/booking made date until 22 days prior to your 1st workshop date will incur a 10% of the total quote amount as an administration fee. This may be more should your materials already be purchased for your workshop/class as per the Materials purchase terms and conditions outlined above.
Please note our agreed upon minimum cancellation dates/times and/or participant numbers will be charged regardless of your enrolments obtained/participants attendance. Thank you for your understanding. Please understand that we purchase pre and pack for each participant and participants non-attendance will still be payable as per the quoted/agreed upon attendance numbers.
For Individual Customers: Tickets to our classes & workshops:
Please note our ticket booking terms and conditions: As I purchase prep and pack for your ticket purchased, and have to sell a minimum number of tickets for a class to go ahead, refunds including for non-attendance or change in circumstances, cannot be offered. If you cannot attend your booked class, please feel free to pass your ticket on to someone.
Alternatively, I can offer you your materials kit and an instruction guide for the missed workshop, or as goodwill where possible, I may be able to provide you with 1 option to reschedule your class date only once (to the same value class) for an upcoming (within 2 months) scheduled class date should one be available; this option is only for the available scheduled class date, should one be available. which will be offered to you.

Late unpaid outstanding invoices: Will incur an add 5% to your total invoice amount fee per week to cover our administration; account payable date and any other terms will be stated on your invoice and quote. Please read through these terms and conditions and also any terms and conditions and dates outlined on your quote and invoice to ensure you understand and are agreeable to our booking terms and conditions which become enforceable upon accepting our quote and/or making a workshop booking date.
Privacy & Our content
We do everything possible to protect consumers information and online safety including use of anti-virus software across our technology, by requesting your permission to email you and to opt out at any time via our Mailchimp Mail list should you sign up to our newsletter, by only using Australia Post tracked postage, by collecting payments via PayPal or as invoiced via Bank deposits to our account, by the use of ZOOM online video platform for online workshops, by constantly following The Australian Guidelines for Electronic Commerce, updating our Privacy eCommerce and standard service delivery policies.
We will use your provided email address that you have provided to us to only communicate with you in regards to your services or goods being provided. We use Google Mail for this purpose.
Our services and goods are suitable for adult use except where agreed upon in writing prior to any use/delivery.
Healing India Creative Arts does its best in ensuring the information on our website is accurate, but we cannot be held liable for any information including our images not being read or interpreted as accurate. Any misuse or copying of our content contained in this website including stealing of our content and images is disallowed and subject to any governing laws which may apply.
